Life Balance Wheel Package
$150 for four (4) 30 minute sessions
In this package you will use the Life Balance Wheel to take a "snapshot" view of your life right now, and then choose one area to focus on for some targeted coaching.
Future Self Package
$200 for one (1) 2 hour session
In this session you will meet up with the "Future You" and return with your five core values. You will also receive links to two guided meditations to which you can return whenever you wish.
Future Self/Life Balance Wheel Combo
$450 for one (1) 2 hour session and six (6) 30 minute sessions
This package takes you through the process of connecting with your "Future Self", and then assists you in bringing your core values into the area of your life on which you choose to focus.
Monthly Coaching
One 2 hour Foundation Session
Three (3) 45 minute sessions
minimum 3 month commitment
